For starters, Sarah loves talking about herself in the third person.
After a brief stint as a pastry cook/bread baker/tiny-bakery-owner, Sarah decided to take a leap of faith and pursue a career in another long held passion: writing. She's kept diaries since she was 7 and has written many a short story never to be seen by eyes other than her own.
Since late 2014 she's pursued a career in journalism, writing freelance stories about food, travel, interesting people, awesome ice cream shop owners, etc. while she travelled around the country.
Sarah has written for publications like Portland Monthly Magazine, L Style G Style, Edible Austin, and The Cook's Cook. She's also taken on copywriting projects helping entrepreneurs establish their web presence and reach their target audiences. For more specific examples of Sarah's work, follow this link.
Boy, how this girl has travelled! Sarah has lived in more cities than most and while it's been extremely fulfilling, it's also been unbelievably tiring. So she recently set up camp in Brooklyn, New York with her wife, Lauren and two cats, Yams and Hank.
